Each item is handmade to order and therefore requires a processing time prior to shipping, this can be found at the top of our website.
Following the processing time, your item will be shipped via the method selected by you at checkout. Please take note of the shipping times for your selected delivery method.
We are unable to guarantee delivery times for any orders.
If your item has not arrived 20 working days after you receive your dispatch notification, please contact us at prettyemb@gmail.com quoting your order number and we will begin an investigation with the shipping company that was used.
Prior to 20 working days passing, couriers will not allow a claim to be made for lost packages, we appreciate your patience in waiting for this time to pass before contacting us regarding missing orders.
