If you select a tracked service you will find your tracking number in your dispatch email

At the Secure Checkout page, you'll see the ordered item’s description, its price, and delivery time. Where available, you can also choose a faster delivery method for each item on your order for an additional fee. Delivery times vary depending on your selected delivery address, availability of your items, your chosen delivery method, and the time of the day you place your order

U.S. Shipping & Import Tariff Policy

We’re delighted to send our handmade homeware and gifts across the pond to our U.S. customers. However, due to new U.S. import rules (effective August 2025), all parcels entering the U.S. are now subject to import tariffs and fees, no matter the order value.

What this means for you

  • Import tariffs and customs handling fees are set by U.S. Customs and charged by your courier before delivery.
  • These costs are not included in your order total at checkout and remain the responsibility of the buyer.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot predict the exact amount in advance, as it depends on your location and the type of item ordered.

Important things to know

  • Your parcel may be held by U.S. Customs until tariffs are paid.
  • If a parcel is refused or returned due to unpaid fees, we can refund the item cost (once safely returned to us) but not shipping charges.
  • Digital products are unaffected — U.S. customers can continue to enjoy instant downloads with no extra charges.
